Termite inspection and control

Inspect, treat, and monitor the colonies that threaten Central Texas structures.

Why it matters

Termites cause more structural damage in Texas than fire, wind, and hail combined, and most homeowner insurance policies exclude it entirely. A colony can work inside a wall for years before the damage becomes visible.

Know the signs

Start with a proper diagnosis.

Mud tubes, discarded wings, hollow wood, or bubbling paint can all point to active termites.

What the service includes

  1. 01

    Complete a full structural survey

We check the foundation, crawl space, attic, and every wood-to-soil contact point for activity and conducive conditions.

  2. 02

    Deliver a written WDI report

You get a wood-destroying-insect report you can hand to a lender, buyer, or insurer the same day.

  3. 03

Install a liquid soil barrier or bait stations

We recommend the method that fits your soil, slab, and budget, and explain the trade-offs before you decide.

  4. 04

Monitor activity and renew the annual warranty

Bait stations get checked on a schedule; the warranty renews each year as long as monitoring continues.

Commonly treats

Frequently asked

Is $189 the full cost of treatment?+

No. That covers the inspection and WDI report. If we find activity, treatment is quoted separately, typically $1,400–$2,600 depending on the method and structure size, and we will not start work without a written number you approve first.

How long does treatment take?+

Most liquid barrier treatments are completed in a single day. Bait station installation is similar; monitoring visits after that take under 30 minutes.

Is it safe for kids and pets?+

Yes. Materials are applied to soil and structural wood, not living space, and are dry and inert well before anyone re-enters the treated area.

Inspection was thorough, the quote did not change, and they came back at 30 days to verify.
